Race Against Global Warming Board of Directors

Elizabeth Borelli
combines 15 years of experience in fundraising and events planning in the public and private sector with a passion for the environment. While working with the Committee to Defeat George Bush, Elizabeth conceptualized and organized “Art for Change”, an art auction fundraiser to benefit MoveOn.org, which raised close to $20,000. Borelli recently co-chaired the “Santa Cruz Green Festival”, held in September 2006, which raised funds and awareness for local non-profit causes. Borelli currently operates a sustainable goods web site called Nubius Organics where she works to inspire sustainable living through selling eco-friendly, reusable and Fair Trade products.

Daniel N. Robin
is partner and managing director of In3 (www.in3inc.com), a private equity placement and venture development firm establishing in 1996. As founder of the Sustainable Quality Awards (Santa Cruz County and City of Santa Monica) and co-founder of the Central Coast Commercial Sustainability Network, Mr. Robin brings more than 20 years business experience to this work as a venture catalyst, with diverse clients in private ventures, government agencies, non-profits and schools. Prior roles include product and brand marketing, organizational development, and international technology transfer.
Mr. Robin serves on the board of several In3 partner organizations, including the Sustainability Academy (www.sustainabilityacademy.org), and is founding principal of Daniel Robin & Associates, an international management consulting, training and mediation firm established in 1985.

Harvey Dosik
A long-time social activist, Mr. Dosik formed the “Committee to Defeat George Bush” in 2004 as a way to raise money to mobilize the Democratic vote. He worked for 10 months with a team of 20 volunteers to raise in excess of $75,000, which he donated to select democratic candidates. Dosik organized and coordinated bus trips to swing states to get out the vote as well. Dosik continues his grassroots efforts in educating and fundraising for social end environmental causes and most recently co-chaired the Santa Cruz Green Festival, held in September 2006, which raised funds and awareness for local non-profit causes.
